First Update to Ow, My Back

-This update to Ow, My Back includes:

An option to disable all sounds

A Death Counter

A Speedrun Timer

Fixes bug where after jumping the sound would loop

-I'm not going to add anymore levels because I just wanted to tell a simple basic story and feel like making a sequel to it that's much more detailed and better with my new excitement for game development
